My latest shirt depicting my favorite Alice in Wonderland, the Cheshire Cat! (Followed closely by the White Rabbit) As usual, I used acrylic paint and let it sit for a few days before hand washing in cold water. After that, I can machine wash; however, the washing machine fades the color quickly, so I prefer to just hand wash in warm water. Have a great week everyone!
Welcome!
Feel free to look around, browse, chat, and laugh :) I hope you enjoy the "snapshots" I show you and maybe pick up a few tricks. (Or teach me some!)

Second Batman Shirt
This it the other Batman shirt I made for the Batman: Dark Knight Rises midnight showing. The colors are a little off on the bottom, the outside rim is darker and the inside orange is lighter. Overall I like it but I think I'll do another one but keep it all black.
Once again, done with acrylic paint and can machine wash after two day but color will stay better if one hand washes.

'Cuz I'm Batman!
The latest shirt I've made for the upcoming Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises. I am super excited for it and am planning on attending the midnight showing with friends :) I think this one turned out better than many of my others.
As always, I used acrylic paint for a couple coats. It will fade with washing, especially if you put it in a machine washer, which you can do, just wait two days, and wash in cold water first. Either way, I prefer to hand wash in cold water.
My last step was cutting the neck to make it wider, though it does not show it in this picture. I went two inches out past the neckline on both sides and cut to the bottom of the V-neckline. I just don't like V-necks and it made this shirt fit more comfortably for me personally.

Possible Shirt Idea and Updates
Pop art painting I did a while ago... actually in 2010! :P However was considering putting this on a shirt, that is if I can find a pink shirt for the background because I really do not feel like painting a whole shirt pink.
I hope everyone's doing well, things have been pretty crazy here with musical contests coming up. I'm enrolled in two solos, one flute and the other piano, and then a flute quartet. Will be fun!

Kingdom Hearts Tee
Here's a new tee shirt that I made. This one turned out nifty but I'm not too sure if it's one of my favorites. I like the clean (well partially! I had trouble getting a small enough paintbrush which could apply the paint thick enough) cut lines in Sora. This tee shirt I actually used a projector on to get the details and as always used black acrylic paint, let dry, wash with cold water, let sit then hand-wash with soap after first couple wears then fine for machine wash!
